6.2. These third-party websites and advertisers, or Internet advertising companies working on their behalf, sometimes use technology to send (or "serve") the advertisements that appear on the Website directly to your browser. They automatically receive your IP address when this happens. They may also use cookies, JavaScript, web beacons (also known as action tags or single-pixel gifs), and other technologies to measure the effectiveness of their ads and to personalise advertising content. We do not have access to or control over cookies or other features that they may use, and the information practices of these advertisers and third-party websites are not covered by this Privacy Policy. Please contact them directly for more information about their privacy practices. In addition, the Network Advertising Initiative offers useful information about Internet advertising companies (also called "ad networks" or "network advertisers"), including information about how to opt-out of their information collection.
6.3. We exclude all liability for loss that you may incur when using these third party websites.

7.2. We may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time without notice to you, in which case, we will publish the amended version on the Website. 8.2. We carefully select highly secure merchant companies to handle our payment processing procedures.

    Returns and Refunds Policy
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase on arrival, you can either return your order for a full refund or exchange it for something else. You can return or exchange your purchase for up to 21 days from the purchase date. Returned or exchanged products must be unopened and in the original condition you received them in. Return costs are for your own account. A 10% restocking fee may apply to all returned orders. Should a return be received that does not meet these requirements, the products received will be recycled accordingly

    Stock Availability
Users may place orders for Goods, which ConceptSkincare may accept or reject. Whether or not ConceptSkincare accepts an order depends on the availability of Goods - in part or in full, correctness of the information relating to the Goods (including without limitation the price) and receipt of payment or payment authorisation by ConceptSkincare for the Goods. ConceptSkincare will indicate the acceptance of your order - in part or in full - by the dispatch of the Goods to you, and only at that point will an agreement of sale between you and ConceptSkincare come into effect (the “Sale”) for those particular Goods dispatched. This is regardless of any communication from ConceptSkincare stating that your order or payment has been confirmed. ConceptSkincare will indicate the rejection of your order - in part or in full - and any unavailable Goods by cancelling it and, as soon as possible thereafter, refund you for any amount already paid should it be unable to fulfill your order - in part or in full - as entered.

    Order Dispatch and Delivery Timeframes
Average delivery time for airmail is usually 7 to 14 working days for most destinations from time of mailing. This is only an average time frame and is not guaranteed. We cannot be held responsible for delays in shipment. This may be caused by a variety of factors such as postal strikes, customs and other factors outside our area of control. In order to ensure the freshest possible product - shipments may be dispatched directly from the country of manufacture.

    Product Guarantee
We offer a 110% guarantee regarding the freshness of all products we sell. Should a product ever be found to be beyond its expiry date - we will not only offer a full refund but will offer a 110% credit voucher, too, for use on a future purchase.

    Pricing & Independent Nature
Except where noted otherwise, the List Price displayed for products on our website represents the full retail price listed on the product itself, suggested by the manufacturer or supplier, or estimated in accordance with standard industry practice; or the estimated retail value for a comparably featured item offered elsewhere. The List Price is a comparative price estimate and may or may not represent the prevailing price in every area on any particular day. For certain items that are offered as a set, the List Price may represent "open-stock" prices, which means the aggregate of the manufacturer's estimated or suggested retail price for each of the items included in the set. Where an item is offered for sale by one of our merchants, the List Price may be provided by the merchant. We are not responsible for any local customs duties, taxes or import charges that may be levied. These are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be mispriced. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. ConceptSkincare is an independent retailer of Environ products and is not affiliated with any other distributor in the respective territory. Please note that this policy applies only to products sold and shipped by ConceptSkincare.com.
